Seniors -- Final Thesis Paperwork (Due Fri, June 29!)

As a reminder, listed below is all the final thesis paperwork that must be turned into the CHP office by Friday, June 29:

1. Thesis Approval Form – signed by your faculty mentor
2. CHP Research Survey
3. CHP Senior Exit Interview – ONLINE at EEE (you should have received an email link)
4. Paper copy of your Final Approved Thesis & Abstract
5. Electronic copy of your Final Approved Thesis & Abstract (either burned to a CD or emailed to us at honors@uci.edu).

The “Research Survey” & “Thesis Approval Form” can be downloaded from the appendices section of the online “Research/Thesis & Senior Year Handbook” on the CHP website: http://www.honors.uci.edu/researchthesishandbook.php

All these items need to go in a protective folder, or you can give us .50 cents to purchase a folder for you.
